“When I first moved to America, I experienced many language and cultural barriers, and had a lot of new social norms to learn. I wanted to find my self-image, and coffee was one of the only things that helped me cope with my struggles. Coffee didn’t take my problems away, but sitting in a coffee shop and connecting with the world and the people around me helped me find a sense of belonging. Connecting with people brought a new positivity into my life. In my local coffee shop, I learned to “try by doing”.

Through LeNoir Dimbaya Coffee, I want to translate this positivity to others by promoting the means for people to connect over a cup of great coffee and build relationships as a result. More than anything, I would love to see people talking to one another and caring for each other.”
